Gönan’s knowledge of coaching reaches far beyond the average. An early adopter and a pioneer of coaching she brought professional coaching to the Middle East by establishing the renowned The Coaches Training Institute in Dubai in 2005.
In addition to coaching executives in multinational organizations, she has coached leaders in government, professional athletes, and countless high-performance entrepreneurs. She is also a long-standing Global Faculty Member of The Coaches Training Institute.

After a long entrepreneurial journey in investments, finance, trade, and telecommunications, human development has remained a common thread for Johan. While founding and operating businesses, he has simultaneously used coaching as a vehicle to empower his own leadership and help others do the same through his coaching practice.
Johan is a Cerified Professional o-Active Coach and has been a faculty member with The Coaches Training Institute since 2009 and has also held the role of President and CEO of The Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco.

Meet Soumia Mezari, the dynamo behind our administrative and database operations at The Coaches Training Institute Dubai. With extensive experience in process and data management, Soumia ensures our records are up-to-date, enabling our team to focus on delivering exceptional coaching services.
She also manages marketing and communications, ensuring our message resonates effectively. Soumia leads our CTI Dubai Assistants Program, offering vital support to our Co-Active coaches. Her background includes roles at Gems Education and Flash Entertainment, where she honed her expertise in process and data management.
