What is the Leadership Program?
The Co-Active Leadership Program is a transformative experience that immerses you in a series of powerful experiences among a growth-oriented group. Emphasizing leading with your full identity, the program explores power dynamics in leadership, while promoting connection in navigating and embracing differences.
Over the course of 10 months, you will delve deeper than ever before. You will enter a realm of self-discovery through engaging in adventure-based activities, lively discussions, and moments of vulnerability. The Leadership Training Program facilitates this through 4 residential retreats, as well as frequent calls and assignments in the intervals between retreats to apply and refine your growing skills.
The retreats take place at Al Badayer Retreat by Sharjah Collection.
